Kirk Distributors Celebrates Staff Achievements

Kirk Distributors Limited celebrated its 10th Anniversary by recognizing the contribution of its employees to the company’s phenomenal growth. Among those recognized were employees who had been with the organization since its inception, and those who had given exceptional service in 2016. The awardees were feted during the company’s Long Service Awards banquet held at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel on Saturday, January 14.

 

Chairman’s Awardee: Merchandiser Tristan Stewart is congratulated by Dr. and Mrs Glen Christian on being named Kirk Distributors Limited’s Chairman’s Awardee for 2016. The announcement was made during the company’s 10th Anniversary Long Service Awards on Saturday, January 14 at the Jamaica Pegasus. The Chairman’s Award is presented to an employee who has “excelled, performing over and above the call of duty outside of his/her normal job function, has suggested an innovative idea (which has been implemented) and which has improved the efficiency of the department’s/Company’s operation or has saved the Company money, or any other activity worthy of commendation and emulation by peers”.

 

Employee of the Year: Product Manager with responsibility for the Colgate portfolio Toni-Kay Dawkins, is Kirk Distributors Limited’s Employee of the Year for 2016. Ms. Dawkins ( at right) accepts her award from General Manager Mrs. Lanna Bennett.
